Integrated Math with Mrs. Jenkins:

Essential learning points: Are students able to use box and whisker plots to comare and analyze data. Can students choose the best method of resenting data and determine if data given is misleading.
DUE notes: All missing work and any corrections are due 1/18/08

Monday: Investigation 1.3 Comparing and Scaling
Tuesday: Hand out grade sheets/Make up work/due Friday , the last day of the quarter
Wednesday: Making sense of the data from the taste test.
Thursday: Investigation 2.1
Friday: Think Link Testing

Essential learning points:Understand the reasons for developing the Constitution. Learn about the 3 branches of government.
DUE notes:
Monday:Introduction to the Constitution. Students worked on an outlining packet.
Tuesday:Think pair share activity about Shays Rebellion. Students continued working on their packets.
Wednesday:Discussed the various plans that were proposed to create the document/notes. Continued working on the packet.
Thursday:Video clip about the preamble. Read and discuss the preamble.
Friday:View the video about the legislative branch of government, answer questions.
