Tuesday: Rough draft of "Places int he Hear" 5 paragraph essay edited for homework. final copy due Thursday. Viewing A Christmas Story.
Wednesday: Viewing A Christmas Story. Final copy of essay due Thur.
Thursday: Essay due. Viewing A Christmas Story. Discussion of "point-of-view" "conflict" "flashback"
Friday: Study hall/activity for students with no missing work.

Tuesday:Continue to finish all outstanding assignments including the Puerto Rico booklet and questions.
Wednesday:Read about the Salem Witch trials and complete vocabulary.
Thursday:Continue reading about the Salem Witch trials.
Friday:Study hall and team activity.

For period:Dec. 17-21
Essential learning points:Identify the key battles of the Revolution.
DUE notes:200 point quarter exam on Thursday.
Monday:Discuss and review the Battles of the War chart. Complete a fact or opinion assignment with War facts. Details were given for the battles. Assigned facts to create flash cards for the exam.
Tuesday:Map assignment using facts and maps concerning events of the Revolution.
Wednesday:Practice for the 2nd quarter exam.
Thursday:Exam
Friday:Study hall and team events.
